Sonia Blockley

Founder & Managing Partner, UAE and Singapore

I have been a Financial Services recruiter since 2004 and prior to setting up KS in 2007, I worked for Hudson and Morgan McKinley in both London and Singapore. I have lived between Singapore and the UAE for the past 17 years and now reside in Dubai, running KS SG from here, supported by our amazing team there.

I saw a gap in the market to build a boutique search business that focused on quality rather volume and I am proud that we have achieved that and more. I am supported by a strong team of experienced and empowered women who thrive in our culture of being able to 'have it all' - our online systems and flexibility allow for time to be managed effectively around our clients and our families.

Alongside recruitment, we are now consulting with leading firms on their talent strategies globally and relocation plans and have many partnerships in place to support this.

Komal Mehta

Partner, Singapore

Delivery is my strength and having been with the KS group since 2010, I have always specialised in Financial Services. I started my recruitment career in India before spending a year in Barcelona to study for my MBA in HR. I then joined KS in Singapore and have been instrumental in helping to build our business.

Malvika Chordia

I am a Recruitment Partner at KS, supporting clients in the financial services, fintech, and software industries. I have over 15 years of HR and Recruitment experience across in-house and agency roles. I started my career with HCL Technologies focusing on technical talent and have since expanded to diverse functions, including Sales and Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Support functions. I joined KS in 2014 and after a career break to start my family, I re-joined KS in 2020.
