We have built an incredibly strong back office over the years made up of Research and a payroll function for our contracting business.
We offer a personal touch on each assignment and work for only a small number of clients within each sector - ensuring as much access to candidates and as few off-limits conflicts as possible. Quality
We do not recruit for every institution. This is a candidate short market and you need a solid candidate pool to be able to service client needs. We have chosen to only work with a select few firms. We are a boutique firm and our focus is on managing the recruitment process so that it suits our client and candidate in a timeline that is required. We will not send you a high volume of CVs in application to a role in the hope that ‘one will stick’. All of our candidates are met and fully screened to assess suitability for our clients. When sending you resumes, we guarantee to send you full background information including the candidates reason for leaving their current role, position they are looking for, strengths, weaknesses, motivations and then current and required salary, notice period etc.

Service
We will advise on and follow the recruitment processes you put in place – whether yours is HR or line driven. We offer more than the standard recruitment process of ‘just sending resumes’. In regular meetings or via email we will update you on current market conditions, hiring trends and salaries etc.

Honest & open
Once we receive your job brief, we will provide honest and open feedback i.e. do these candidates currently exist on our database, will this require a retained mapping exercise? If we feel we are unable to assist on a role, we will tell you which will give you the opportunity to source alternative solutions.

Relationships
We will work to understand your business fully by meeting all relevant line and HR contacts, in line with your recruitment processes. We will continue to build and work on those relationships – regular face to face meetings and updates on a decided timescale that suits us both.

Consultative
We will stay in touch. Once we have agreed to partner, we will update you every two days on our progress. This will give you the opportunity to source other recruitment solutions if needed. We will be consultative – always giving full, comprehensive feedback to you.
